Step 1: Create an Account
Visit our website at stoimilk.com or download our Mobile App. Click on "Sign Up" to create a new account. Fill in your details, including your name, address, phone number, and preferred delivery location. Once registered, you’ll be ready to start ordering.
Step 2: Add Funds to Your Wallet
To receive milk deliveries, you’ll need to recharge your STOI wallet or pay in advance for your chosen subscription plan. Only paid subscriptions or one-time orders with available wallet balance will be delivered. Please ensure your wallet has enough funds to cover your selected delivery plan.
Step 3: Browse and Select Your Milk Package
Once logged in, browse our available milk packages. Choose the type and quantity of milk that suits your needs. We offer various subscription options, so you can pick a plan that aligns with your consumption habits.
Step 4: Choose Your Delivery Schedule
During checkout, select your preferred delivery frequency. You can choose daily, weekly, or custom delivery schedules based on your requirements. We deliver our milk in refrigerated glass bottles to ensure it stays fresh and pure until it reaches your door.
Step 5: Confirm Your Order and Payment
Review your order details and proceed to payment. If your wallet balance is sufficient, the amount will be automatically deducted, and your order will be confirmed. If not, please add funds to your wallet to avoid interruptions in delivery.
Step 6: Manage Your Subscription
You can log in anytime to manage your subscription. Adjust your delivery schedule, change your milk quantity, or pause the subscription if needed. Remember to monitor your wallet balance to keep deliveries active without disruption.
